3cx phone 5 and 6 voice problem

Hi!
I've using softphone 6 at windows 7 x64, which connected to asterisk and G711alaw codec on it.
when someone calls me, or I'm calling to someone there is a strong noise and something like car alarm from my side, but I hear them flawless.

any ideas how to fix it?

Unless you can duplicate this on a second machine, it may be an issue related to something (hardware/software) on the particular PC that you are using.

Have you tried registering with any other PBX/provider, to see if the noise happens, with them?
