3CX Phone and Citrix?

Hi folks

has anyone of you made experience with 3CX Phone in a Citrix Terminalserver environment? (Windows Server 2008 R2)

Hello Tom and thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately Citrix is not a supported virtualization method, the only supported are HyperV and VMware.

HyperV and VMware are related to 3CX PBX server itself,
Citrix is related to desktop virtualization and 3CX Phone client.

Should be working, if you manage to have virtual audio card working, the 3CX Phone will stop work if no audio card is recogniized after V12 SP4.

We use VMware as virtualization platform, should have mentioned that...

is the 3CX Phone fully working on a Terminalserver? How about TAPI?
