Please note that in the latest 3CX Phone System update with build number 15.5.15502.6 (V15.5 SP6) the audio ports were increased for both internal and external communication.
How can this affect you:
If the additional ports are not forwarded you could experience one way audio issues after some time.
Solution:
Make sure that you accounted for the new ports. The new ports can be found in the 3CX Phone System change log here. After the new ports are forwarded you can run the inbuilt firewall checker to ensure changes were done correctly.
