3cx phonesystem\data\base folder growing exponentially

I just noticed that the following folder is growing by almost 1Gb every week
c:\Program Files\3cx phonesystem\data\base

Could anyone advise what the contents of the folder are ? It is currently taking up over 20Gb of disk space and I need to find a way of managing that folder.

on my computer that folder is only 113 Mb, don't know why yours is so big.

I'm trying to understand if it contains log files ? what exactly it contains

What is your logging set to and how often is it set to purge?

Hi,

1. Give us some more details please (how many extensions, how many calls / recordings per week).

2. Also you can try to restart all your services and see if the growth stops

3. Please tell us if you have any 3rd party software integrated with 3CX that may be accessing the database

I changed the logs settings to retain data logs for only 1 day. It hasnt helped, the file is still growing.. please find the folder with the files in the screenshot below

Did you restart services after changing logging settings?
