Hello there,
I am making contact changes from 3cx database postgresql, but it does not appear in 3cx interface. why is that? and after a certain time
why is it the same with postgresql interface?

What do you mean by ‘I am making contact changes from the 3cx datatbase’

are you modifying the database directly and not using 3cx applications. If so this is a big no no

yes I am making changes through the database. but only phonebook

Hi @dde

I will give you one solid piece of advice: Never modify the database of your PBX if you are not prepared to risk the stability of your system, and the integrity of your backups.

Your installation immediately becomes unsupported by 3CX Support in case you have an issue and need help on a critical production system, and you make changes that the system does not expect and is not designed to cope with. I would not recommend doing it even at your own risk.
