3cx questions

Hi everyone!

Im about to do my first VOIP installation and i have few questions. I put together my starting config on paper and it looks like this:

2 x Fanvil x3 - only cheap voip phone i found in white color
1 x Fanvix x5 - this one is for reception
1 x fanvil i20t -reasoning behind this one is - i couldnt find any video door intercom compatible in REASONABLE price so i opted for this one and just use video feed from camera just behind glass entrance to peek on the computer.

I have 2 external phone numbers and a M1 E5-2420v2/16 GB RAM/WinServer 2012 rack server (this i already have doing other things also). All of this will be managed by free (for now) edition of 3CX. My questions are :

- can i safely run 3cx on my only instance of Windows Server 2012 along with other things or rather virtualization is a must?
- will selected phones provide Announcement system? (In the meaning i can say something from reception directly on speaker phone in other rooms)
- can i set diffrent ringtone for calls comming from the door intercom (i20t) ?
- are there any big drawbacks from using free version of 3CX? Because i didnt find any other than obvious 2 sim. calls.

1)All of the selected VOIP devices above are supported by 3CX Phone System. For more details and configuration, pleases refer to this link : http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/
2)You can install 3CX Phone System on your server, please make sure to look into admin manual of installation first: http://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-3cx/#h.vf5aeyogfnos
Creation of virtual machine could be an advantage for security purpose, but is non-mandatory.
3)After successful install of 3CX Phone System, and provisioning your phones, you will be able to create Paging Ring Groups and assign selected extension with functions required.

4)It may be possible to create different ringtone for call from another extension, but that is something you will need to investigate with each phone vendor documentation.
