3CX REPORTS INCOMPLETE

Hi,

I'm using 3CX 8SC PRO V20 onpremise.

I'm just trying to find the old option from "External Numbers" on the new V20 .

If I try to select the custom option, the system shows internal and external calls on the report.

its been discussed several times on the forum, some even by me.

you'll have to export the data and use filters or power BI.

new reporting due in update 5.
