You can do this today but i think you are misunderstanding the direction of communication. You can log all the calls to your ERP using the CRM API. Then you can do your reporting and all that right from the ERP. 3CX is not to be seen as a datastore. We can simply log the calls in the ERP and you take it from there.

I looked deeper into the CRM API and currently it is not providing all the information I need to CRM in a convient way that works independent of the phone used. So I would still love to see a way to poll detailed information about who is talking to whom or what phones are ringing at any given point in time.

Any progress on the schedule of the new REST API?

Completly different topic: In live chat, is there any plan to allow customers to share pictures or files? We would like to use this way of commuication with our customers, but often we get pictures and the message: "I need 2 of those." Currently we use WhatsApp for this, but this is really bad and does not scale.

The Click2Talk for queues is a great feature, but if the user could submit a picture - like we can in the webclients chat - it would be perfect!

With the Native Windows app, you don't really need SSO.
The Extension configuration is saved as User Data in Windows, so if you login with "Windows User A" and provisioning Ext A, then log out and log in with "Windows User B" and provisioning Ext B, then User B won't see the configuration of User A.

About the click to dial, this happens most liekly because you found a "tel:" link on a webpage, and because you have the Native App installed which registeres all the default app in Windows for "tel", Windows and Chrome detects this link and prompts you for the Windows App.

We can simply add a variables and values which will be applied to the final config. This feature was requested before but was never implemented. This can completely eliminate the use of custom templates for SRTP or TCP, Tone settings etc or anything else.

Which update are you looking for? The post you quoted is about the electron app which is out with Alpha 5. If you are asking about when the beta is coming, the answer is "when it's ready"

Nick, I recall you mentioning an on-premise version of the web conferencing server. Is that still in the plans and, if so, what is the availability date looking like? I want an on-prem version for complete privacy and to store the text chat conversation for legal reasons. Is it possible to store the audio and/or video too?
