3CX Server, no update v16 available

Dear Community,

Since v16 was release, my 3CX Pro server doesn't show any update.
Here versions of soft and others informations:

I tried to disable auto update, reactivate, without success.
I tried to disable firewall on the server, without sucess.
My Windows server (WS2012R2) is up to date.

What can I do?

Windows version needs to be completly reinstalled to be updated to v16. Complete process take less than 15 minutes

1. Do a complete backup
2. Save backup file out of 3cx folders
3. uninstall V15
4. DL V16 from 3CX
5. install V16 and RESTORE your backup DURING install , not after.

now your PBX is updated to v16 you need to apply new firmware if needed on phones.

Thank you for your reply aws2p,so, the process could be:

1. backup data + cert
2. uninstall 3cx server
3. install 3cx v16 server
4. restore data + cert

Do you see anything else ?

First do a complete backup (all options ticked) and preserve file out of 3cx because during unistall of v15 everything related to 3cx is wiped.
