3CX server RAM and CPU Spike to 100%

Can you please let me know if you have installed anything else on the machine like monitoring tools, antivirus, software firewalls, remote management software etc. or if the machine is purely dedicated to 3CX with no other software packages installed?

While the issue occurs, can you run a netstat -laputen and PM me the output?

If it is too large you can send the output to a file by netstat -laputen > output.txt

A) Important step to troubleshoot: If you close the management console and then you check with top, does it still use all CPU? (when I say close it I mean any browser window/session connected to it)
B) Why do you have MySQL installed? Part of a specific integration?

A)It's more stable with little or no web sessions connecting to the console or web client
B) you mean the Postgresql?

a) mysqld appears, this is not installed by default so it must have gotten there somehow. Does not necessarily mean it is an issue, but not recommended to run on your machine.

b) there are number of connections that seem a bit strange here going towards port 5001 and this is making me wonder what those IPs are. I also remember your post from last month about seeing a lot of iPerf traffic. The router classifies it that way because of port 5001. But you are not running iPerf so that's actually traffic going towards your 3CX HTTPS port. So I'm wondering what is causing all those connections? That can be a reason to cause those spikes as the Management Console appears to be bombarded with requests

I already spoke with @sugarCube and suggested to move ahead with a ticket. This is one of those cases that will need a deep investigation and this is a job for our Support department.
