3CX Shared Parking Call Issue

Hi Team,

We have 3CX running in Version 20.0 Update 9 (Build 995 Release - AI 1.4.48). Whenever we tried to park the call to a Shared Parking call (SP0-SP09), the call shows as a new incoming call instead of being parked to the shared parking. Before, we can park the calls to a shared parking calls without any issue. Is this an expected behavior of the new 3CX version? If so, how can we use the Shared Parking call?

We are using web client. To park the call, we are right clicking the active call and select Park which is not working anymore.

Step 1: Do a refresh of the licence: Admin > System > License > refresh icon
If this does not resolve, please let us know how you perform the Park action, if the machine is in multi company mode, and share screenshots of the following two pages:
Admin > System > Dial Codes
&
Admin > Dashboard > System Extensions (the bottom part that lists the shared parking slots.)
