3cx SMS via Flowroute

Hello I have been working on sms integration with 3cx from Flowroute. I have followed the setup and incoming texts to my numbers work and I can see the sms in 3cx apps. When I attempt to reply I keep getting 401: Authentication failed. I even purchased a new number to test and the same results. Anyone else experiencing issue's or have sms working with Flowroute? I am working with support on both sides looking for a solution.

The message you see is generated by the provider, so first thing you might want to do is check the config again just to ensure everything has been setup correctly. It might also be worth configuring it from scratch while consulting our guide. Since you've already contacted the SIP Provider as well, I think you better wait to see what they say about it too as they should be able to at least say why the mentioned error was sent.
