Solved 3cx softphone keep minimized in task bar

Hi
We are using 3cx ver. 14
The softphones are working with windows 7 and 8. While installed in windows 10, it keep staying in task bar. The taskbar preview shows the contents and extensions, however cannot work with it.
I tried all available versions but none worked.

Anyone faced this issue and know how to solve it? I appreciate your support.
