3CX Standard License 4SC Your Subscription expired on 04/16/2023

I went to load software updates on my free Standard License 4SC only to be told that "Maintenance Expired Updates are not available". I tried renewing and it throws me in a neverending loop of redirects. I have self-hosted 18.0 (Build 312). It shows "Activation Failed" on my home screen.
