3CX Transcription Misidentified Speaker

Hello,
I just saw a call summary that didn't make any sense, so I took a look at the transcription. I noticed that throughout the call, the transcription labels the speaker as the outside party instead of me. In the screenshot, where I've highlighted in yellow, I was speaking but the AI misidentified it.
Is there some configuration change that I can make or best practices to resolve this?

Yes.

@pmterp - we had the same experience, but changed the language to our language (as it is just for the output as it looks), and so far it seems to be better, so try to select your own language, and test
