3CX V16 Enterprise integration with vTiger Community Edition

We are experiencing exactly the same symptoms than James Reed in his post.


I tried to reinstall vTiger. Same issue. It works on the commercial version of vTiger, Like your screenshots in the above post but the error is experienced in the Community Edition.

Can you describe the issue that you're experiencing please? What version of Vtiger are you using? And what version of 3CX and Vtiger template?
