what is the problem
3CX V16 - Windows 10 Laptop - Desktop app crash when leaving or receiving a call
that was on windows 7 and now windows 10 upgrade
deinstalled and reinstalled everything without success

Sounds like a computer problem, not really a 3CX issue. If 3CX client was crashing everyone computer I'm sure you'd see more posts. I'd try running some sort of diagnostics

Not sure what would be causing it just from that description, but generally it would be preferable to not upgrade the OS in place and do a fresh install to make sure you have a clean slate.

If I had to guess though I would investigate the audio drivers since the app will try to access the sound card when making/receiving calls. That would be a good starting point.

First thing I would do is boot your laptop in clean boot mode, if the problem goes away then it's a 3rd party software issue (probably antivirus)
