Hi Everyone,

Hopefully someone can assist.

We restored 3cx on a fresh install on an azure VM (Debian 10 3cx V18). The issue that we have is that 3cx shows the incorrect drive space on the dashboard. Please see screenshots attached. Look at the space showed within linux. On 3cx the total drive space is shown as the available space on the vm.

The recordings folder is a secondary disk attached to the vm. We also checked and made sure the folder has the correct permissions. phonesystem:phonesystem

We tried unmounting the folder to a new location and changing the folder location again within 3cx without success. Did a couple of reboots aswell. The only way we can get recordings going is to set the quota to 0.

Anyone experiencing this? Your help will be much appreciated.

Thanks

*EDIT*

Sorry, I see now you said you have to turn off the quota so it is causing a problem.

How was it configured before the restore?

Hi Cobaltit,

It was previously on a Windows machine, also on a dedicated disk.

Can you post a full screenshot of the output of command df -h ?
Also a screenshot of the output of lsblk.

One more thing, how did you mount the drive?

Hi,

Herewith df -h

Herewith lsblk:

Im using fstab with uuid to auto mount it after a reboot, but otherwise Just mount /dev/sdc1 /recordings

Regards

Excuse me if this will be a silly question, but have you gone to the Management Console --> Reporting --> Recordings --> Quota, and adjusted the max size to 500GB ?

Nick,

You are a life saver. Something so simple. I made it 0 because I had issues with v15 where recordings stopped and the bypass was 0. The hdd could hold more because of deduplication/syncing to the cloud with azure filesync.

Thanks a mil.

Glad we could help! Sometimes it is very easy to overlook the most simple things :).

Anyhow, setting this on as 'Solved'.
