We have about 14 offices running 3cx. A user asked about adding extensions from other systems in the 'favorites' group in the 3cx web client.
i was able to create personal contacts with their 4 digit extension as a workaround, but was curious if there was a setting or something to allow adding favorites the standard way, by clicking on the star icon to 'add as favorite'.
Any solid answer one way or the other would be greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure I'm not missing an option that would make this possible.
