3cx Webclient voice issue

Hi,

I have 3cx professional v16 ,i can make calls from webclient if i with 3cx server in the same network with good communication and i can login to webclient from outside network and make calls but no voice in both sides.

note that i can make calls from 3cx android app everywhere and i am using chrome with allowed mic . please help to solve this issue

Does your system pass the firewall test? Are you using the same device (laptop perhaps) for both inside and outside to rule out a hardware issue?

The webclient relies on having your PBX media ports open otherwise no audio will pass.

All of these ports are opended but the 3cx firewall not passes all ports ,please see attached images.

It seems only SIP-ALG is not completed, can you check with your firewall documentation and disable the SIP ALG or SIP Helper function?

i have sophos xg firewall and i disabled sip-alg that pass media ports and if this issue from ports why i can use 3cx app without any problem !!.

As i see your problein in SIP ALG , Disable it on your router not the firewall and make the test again .
