3CX Welcome Emails Not Received and Unable to Sign-in

Hello,

We are having issues with users receiving welcome emails and being able to sign in.

We are using the 3CX Hosted version 18.0 Update 7 (Build 312).
Our Mail Server is set to 3CX SMTP server.

When we first initially set up the tool all users who we integrated into the system were able to receive emails to be able to sign in and use the system.
Now users are not receiving welcome emails or able to sign in.

We do not use Office365. We are a Gmail company, using the default 3CX SMTP mail server.

The users are also using the recommended PWA for desktop and cell phone apps
