3cxphone distinctive ringtone internal/external ?

Hello i am french and i am testing 3cx v11
How can i set Distinctive ringing for the 3cx phone, there is no template for 3cx phone ?
I am using snom M9 dect phone and they doesn't support the alert info so i try to find an issue to have Distinctive ringing for internal and external call.
The only issue i find it is to instal 3cx phone on every computer and every extension will use 3cx phone and a snom M9.

I think I found a solution to your problem. There is a wav file you can change ringing.wav.
I am running Windows 7 and found the file here: C:\Program Files (x86)\3CXPhone\Sounds\ringing.wav
I made a copy of the original and substituted a different one.

Changing that file may change the (one) ringtone, but the query is regarding different ringtones to indicate an internal and and external call. I'm not sure that this is yet supported.

It should be supported because it is very basic

There is only 1 ring. You should submit this in the ideas app on facebook

There is another post similar to this though the answer was no there as well you can change the ringtones though not a different tone for internal and external calls.
