404 Not found in Server Log

What is the meaning of 404 Not found on the error below?

12:31:26.464 CallLeg:nFailure [CM503003]: Call(20): Call to sip:[email protected] has failed; Cause: 404 Not Found; from IP:192.168.16.119

A second question, do 3CX has a list of error codes and descriptions to help analyse the log file?

A list of errors would be very helpfull for us novices

not found means that the number you dialed could not be found, this can happen becouse, you dialed the wrong number, your outboud rules are not set correctly.... or something else i cant thing of now...
