Hi,

My activity log has a lot of the entries below. The example pasted below is me transferring a call with the softphone app (not using wifi),
There was no noticeable issues what so ever with the transfer or call.

11/07/2019 12:07:52 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:7): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483
11/07/2019 12:07:39 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:5): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483
11/07/2019 12:05:22 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:3): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483
11/07/2019 12:05:06 PM - [CM503003]: Call(C:1): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from 127.0.0.1:5483

Any idea what could be causing this or what it means?

I'm running 16.0.676 (Linux)
Everything is "checked" except trunks as supported providers are very limited in Sweden.

this is most probably others phones ringing same time in a RG and they just say that another extension pickup the call so they end ringing.

Well noted, then i wont worry so much about it.
Thanks!

No this is normal behaviour when several phones ring same time, only one pickup the call so others have to stop ringing .

Hi @arzor

The logs you see are not errors, a lot of those are normal. It might say failed because technically its a failed call that was not established. The reasons it was not established can be perfectly normal though and not cause for alarm
