503 Service Unavailable / reason Server Failure

I really need some help guys! I am using dial 9 to make an outbound call but the the 3cx operator just keep saying please contact administrator and finding what cause it to be fix but I'm having a hard time to know what had it cause.

I can not make an out going call but I can answer incoming calls.

I would remove calls from Extension Group setting, not required as you have defined the extensions which can make the outgoing calls.

If you are allowing all extensions to make outbound calls you can also blank out the extension entry

Removed route 2 and 3, change to block calls as you only have one SIP line - current setup if route one fails it will use 2, and then 3, but you are stripping 2 , 3 digits from the number so creating invalid numbers.

I would recommend upgrading to the latest 3CX version first and then try to troubleshoot the issue. Also always try to use supported devices to avoid compatibility and configuration issues.
