*9 Voice Call Not working

I can't get *9 to work. below is the log:

So.... you are using *9 to page a particular extension... set to set paging? If so, I believe that the extension must have the Intercom feature enabled.

Hi Tim,

What function is *9 set to on your system? If set to paging then the extension from which you are dialing, will need the Right "Can intercom" enabled as @leejor mentioned. Without it the call should still work but it will be a normal call
