Afternoon all, great addition for a market crying out for a service like this...

One question however, can the Voicemail extension be altered as the default of 99999 is disconcertingly like the UK emergency services.

On that note, how are emergency services calls handled ?

Well emergency services are handled by the SIP trunk really, so you need to configure the location with your SIP trunk provider. In terms of the mobile phones, emergency service calls are handed off to the GSM app so the location is preserved.

@jamesd - yes you can do your own licensing with 1 license and scale it over as many startup customers as you want. Update 4 has startup mode in it but we are not ready to support deployment yet but you can play around with it at this stage.

Bandwidth with MMS as well as support for several other providers (Skyetel, Voxtelesys, DIDlogic, Cloudco) coming in update 5 which is not far off. Also configuration will be MUCH easier. You just need the API key to enable SMS for each number. The API will be public so it will be easy for other providers to add support for SMS via 3CX if they wish. (They have to do it and test it)

Since Enterprise is a way off for this, can we get the option to use a custom phone background for each tennant? I have several customers this could work for, if we could get that. The more phones we get with displays, the more important this is.

no this is not on the cards at all... If you want that you need a dedicated enterprise license.
