Client based? Interesting.@ConceptsWeb no because its one config for whole server at the moment. we will add client based CRM soon so companies can configure their own CRM per group....
Any Client side integration for StartUP or dedicated will be huge if it can log the record as user that made or received the call, etc. Currently, it all shows created by the CRM integration user account.yes exactly, you can do that already with click2call but we are going to make more integration on the client side
@Nick Galea Fantastic!@accentlogic This is absolutely the plan to have this fixed asap. What are the most popular CRMs within your customer base may i ask?
Cheers for the info Nick!@kent3 - no this is unlikely. we are focusing on comms and live chat. There are many help desk ticketing systems. Mind you some basic inbuilt ticketing in the webclient for live chats we have and will be continue to be built. Also template answers and surveys will come soon
not Hubspot? Which is much more popular for 3CX users, surprisingly...
You will be able to use the new client side approach with non-startup installations too...Edit: I see better Salesforce CRM integration needed for the full product, not StartUP.
Will it still allow for custom integrations? Also, can we get as much/more info in those than server-side?You will be able to use the new client side approach with non-startup installations too...
Maybe a link to the call recording? Or even capture the call transcription? Will it still allow for custom integrations? Also, can we get as much/more info in those than server-side?
Or the freaking DID for f sake.Maybe a link to the call recording? Or even capture the call transcription?
I'm afraid not, at least in an initial stage, as this will be javascript code embedded in the Web Client and Desktop App....Will it still allow for custom integrations?
Yes, we are planning to support contact lookup, contact creation, call journaling and chat journaling. Also giving the user the option to add call notes while they speak with the customer, and define the contact name from the client, instead of providing a default name that you need to change from the CRM side. We're also considering sending the call recording to the CRM, but this might not be available initially, we are still at an early stage to confirm this. Also, can we get as much/more info in those than server-side?
Founded in 2005, when VoIP was an emerging technology, 3CX has gone on to establish itself as a global leader in business communications.
