Is it possible to add a "divert to VM" softkey to a yealink or polycom phone, to work just like it does on the Windows softphone app?

Just decline the call and it should then follow rules (go to voicemail normally).

@Frederick Marcoux it does, but it still rings a few more times on the PC and mobile phone before going to VM. I like that the "divert" button stops the call from ringing everywhere.

Unfortunately, you have to use the Webclient or the Windows/Mac client for this.

There's no way to add a button on the phone.

Just press the reject button on the Yealink.

If your webclient is set to softphone, the softphone will keep calling.

is your CTI on your desktop set to softphone or hard phone?

Hi,

You will have to use the above suggestion to reject calls on device so it can go to voicemail.

Only works with a single registration, if you use the windows app then the system is not done polling you and it will not work.

If you are on the PC anyway, then click divert to VM on the PC
