Add main department membership to CDR (align with “Call Cost by Extension Dept/Group”)​

Please add the main department membership of involved internal parties to CDR output (file/TCP and reporting SQL) so the built‑in Call Cost by Extension Dept/Group report can be produced directly from CDR without external lookups, and BI dashboards (Grafana/Power BI) become turnkey.

Fields (opt‑in, off by default):
source-main-department, destination-main-department, final-main-department.

Why it fits
CDR fields are already configurable and include billing data designed for BI—adding department completes cost allocation per department.
