Hello,
Most of the email templates relating to important system notifications include the variable %%SIPDOMAIN%% in the subject line. However, the 3 trunk related templates do not.
When we receive one of the trunk related notifications from a trunk that belongs to the DEFAULT group (or other group with a name used on multiple servers such as Sales, Accounting, etc.), we're not able to determine which client's server generated the alert from the email.
The Ask: Change the default subject line of the following email templates to make them more consistent with other system alert email templates:
Trunk Error
Current Subject Line: %%GROUPNAME%%: Trunk/Provider responds to Request with an error
Requested Subject Line: %%GROUPNAME%%: Trunk/Provider responds to Request with an error - %%SIPDOMAIN%%
Trunk failover
Current Subject Line: %%GROUPNAME%%: Trunk Failover or max amount of calls available for the trunk has been reached
Requested Subject Line: %%GROUPNAME%%: Trunk Failover or max amount of calls available for the trunk has been reached - %%SIPDOMAIN%%
Trunk status
Current Subject Line: %%GROUPNAME%%: Trunk %%TRUNKNUMBER%% has been changed
Requested Subject Line: %%GROUPNAME%%: Trunk %%TRUNKNUMBER%% has been changed - %%SIPDOMAIN%%
