AI Receptionist Set Up

Hello All, we are interested in the AI receptionist option that is supposed to be available, but we don't see the option or how to set up.
We have looked in the admin-integrations sections but there is currently no option for this. Can someone assist on this please?

The AI receptionist is available on update 8, which is currently in the RC version.

You will need update 8, which is at RC3 currently...you'll need to install everything from 8 alpha > beta > RCs to get to 3.

I apologize but what does it mean by being in RC3? if it's in testing, do you advise to get it?
Are the steps below all I would need to do?

1. Log in to the Admin Console
2. Navigate to System > Updates
3. Select Update 8 RC3 and click Download

You will need to upgrade through all of the prerelase versions manually to get to the latest. If you have update 7 installed, you would start with 8 alpha.

Or just wait a few days, maybe a week or two.

As 3CX notes it's a prerelease version, so it depends on whether you can deal with a few stray bugs to get the AI features sooner. We have been running RC2 and now RC3 and have not noticed any problems.

8SC and 16SC can use an Enterprise+ license to have 3CX run the agent. Higher SC counts can run their own AI processing hardware. Transcription is separate as noted in the chart.
