Alert info tag sent on ring group calls?

I'm trying to set up distinctive ring, so the client can differentiate internal calls from external (ring group) based on ringtone, what tag is sent when an external caller dials the ring group?

Hello @AustinM95

Please note that distinctive ringing is not supported for rings groups at the moment. You can use queues however that are supported for distinctive ringing.
