Allow Visitor Name/Email Change

Hi Forum!

I just recently integrated the 3CX chat and would have one question.

I have embedded it with the HTML code having the parameters set statically (not the one retrieving the parameters from the server side).

Is there some option I can set to allow the visitor to change the name and email? Currently it can only be set once during the first visit.

Found this in the meantime. Should have searched better. Seems like an old request. Maybe I can somehow erase the cookies.
