Amazon AWS Self-hosted with your cloud provider in Africa (Cape Town) af-south-1 deployment fails

The AWS Machine Type field is not displaying when deploying an Amazon AWS Self-hosted instance with AWS as the cloud provider in Africa (Cape Town) af-south-1 region.

The wizard queries AWS correctly as it is displaying the correct SSH Key information for this and other regions, but the Machine type field is not displaying for the Africa (Cape Town) af-south-1 region. Continuing with the installation fails with a "There seems to be a problem with this installation. Please try again later." message.

I can confirm that I have deployed an instance in this region in the past 60 days.

Other regions for example Europe (London) eu-west-2 displays the Mahine type filed correctly.
