The current version on PlayStore is 18.0.3. What's the Android version of that device? Please note that the app is not available on devices running Android less than 8.0.

Hi @Achille F , thanks for your feedback.
"Keep Active" feature designed to be deactivated when device switched off and/or app forced to stop. It was designed like that due to the fact that this functionality costs battery consumption, so should be activated only when user is aware of it. On the other hand, long running processes, especially on device start up, are not suggested to be automated on android.

Keep alive feature is only needed on bad networks where Google push is blocked. So you should only use it now and then and but by default. If your WiFi in the office is blocking push it's better to fix it at that level...

Are there any plans to bring 'Keep Active' to the iOS version of the APP?? I have significant need of this as it is the only thing allowing us to use the 3CX mobile App with our intercom server on a closed network..
