It would be nice to have the possibility to append or prepend the default department info for internal calls.
The way queue names or DDI names kan be added to a Caller ID
In bigger companies we often get the question if this can be added in the call popup, or dialer window.
Why? There is a big coming and going of new users. When they have an internal call, it not always clear to which department someone belongs.
This way the popup would show the department name like queues do:
