Unsupported Assistance Required for 3CX PnP Provisioning with Grandstream Phones

Dear Team,

We are currently in the process of provisioning 3CX with Grandstream IP phones and would like to set them up using the PnP phones provisioning option.
Below are the phone models we are working with:

• GRP2602G
• GRP2670
• GXV3480
• WP826

We have attempted to connect the IP phones for provisioning; however, they are not appearing in the system for PnP configuration.
We would appreciate your guidance on the best and easiest method to provision these devices using the PnP option. Could you please advise on the recommended steps or any best practices to simplify this process?

GRPs follow the 3CX guide.

GXV and WP are not supported by 3CX. You will have to configure manually.

None of the above models mentioned are supported by 3CX so there will be no possibility of using PnP at all in this case.

You also appear to have the phone and PBX in different subnets, and PnP messages usually will not be able to cross them. This means that even if you were using supported models, you would still not be able to use PnP.
