Solved Attended transfer not working

Recently updated 3CX [hosted] to version 20.2. Attended transfers are now behaving as blind.

Anyone else seeing this issue? Recommendations?

Can you share some details please, phone or client type, what scenario this was, using BLFs or manually etc.

In the update, several phones were switched back to blind transfers for some reason. After switching the preferences back, it is now working as expected.

Yes. I just had to go back to the settings and switch it back to attended transfers
