Is it possible to implement support for higher quality recordings used for MoH, Queue, IVR recordings? I find that the quality of the standard 8KHz, 16-bit, mono a little disappointing, especially when using HD codecs.

The quality is actually lower than this, since the current v14 software uses ADPCM. (around 4-5k sample rate)

Its crap quality. Ive complained about this over and over.

Btw, here's the link to a post when we first started upgrading systems to v14.

There's a reason why ADPCM isn't used for most phone systems... the sound quality away from ulaw is noticably, and the sound quality away from g722 is so far ADPCM sounds like garbage.

This needs to be changed.

Is this still the current supported audio format in v14 SP3?!

Attn: 3CX developers- We need normal PCM back ASAP! This is a real buzz kill for Google Apps customers.

Yeah, this is a dealbreaker.
