Is there any way to automatically export call log data to Google Sheets or something? All I can find is a manual export to Excel.

I want to re-import the data to DOMO.

Create a small program that uses the CDR and push it to a Sheets.

3CX doesn't have any features like that simply because the CDR allows for pretty much anything.

Thanks. Sadly I don;t know how to program something like this @Frederick Marcoux .

@SweetAction , I tried the install, howe\ver i cant find anywhere how to automate the export.

@Cjay maybe you have an idea?

@Colin911
What exactly do you want to export, in what format and to where?

@Cjay I want to organize the CRD info in a stats program called DOMO where our company has most of our other business data. Originally I just wanted to send whatever CRD data there is over there.

If I can somehow have 3cx export the CDR data regularly to a google spreadsheet automatically I can then automate the spreadsheet data to move to DOMO.

Ideally I will want to compile data showing how many calls were processed by extension and what times of the day are busy,etc... Just want to provide useful data to HR.

@Colin911 - Noted on your needs. CallSequitur will, by default, save CDR's incoming from 3CX into either daily or monthly archive files. These are just text files in the original format as sent by 3CX (but note that the CDR field types/order must match the CallSequitur requirement which is all fields in their default 3CX order). I guess you would need to find a way for Google sheets to open/process these files?
What sort of stat data are you extracting? It's possible that CallSequitur could already provide you the information you need.

Ideally looking for a csv export. CallSequitur will make all the reports I need. I'm hoping to have everything in one place. DOMO has all our other data so it is much more practical that way.

CSV export of what - Raw CDR data or something a bit more processed/customized? Where should it go to? Not sure if I can make CallSequitur do what you want, but fully understanding the problem is a good first step!

I guess the raw CDR data would be what I want as we will be able to process it later in DOMO. I suppose if the CSV can automatically be sent via email I could probably design a Zap to take the attachment and append it to a google sheet.

I was going to take a look at the email sent by Call Sequitur that you mentioned regarding the archive but could not figure out where to configure that. I think it's in the initial setup, but can't make the program re-run that since every time I try to edit the .ini file I'm not able to save it in that folder since apparently I don;t have permission, yet am an administrator. Kind of gave up after all that.

Is the .ini file in: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CallSequitur ? You should have full R/W rights in that folder, just don't edit the file whilst CallSequitur is running. In any case the email function is not going to help you, that's intended to notify on a certain call condition being met (and the download is not public yet!).

Ahh got it. Was looking in program files folder. Well, ill keep looing for a solution. thanks for your help!

I've not tried it, but would Google's 'Backup & Sync' program get CDR files across from CallSequitur to where you need them for Google sheets to play with?

I will give it a go. Thank you for the suggestions! Really appreciate it.
