automatic return of transfered call

Hi everyone,

is it possible to achieve that when you transfer inbound call to some extension (someone call main number at reception and you transfer that call to someone),if that extension doesnt answer, that call automatically return to you (reception)?

Hmmm...
If I'm not mistaken that functionality is enabled on asterisk 1.8 (Elastix 2.2) when you do a transfer

If I'm not mistake, it is enabled by default, you may try installing a test server to try it.

Are you able to transfer call to an agent who is logged into the same queue using agent console ?? If yes, can you please help we are just going crazy
