Automatically change an extensions status based on time.

Is there an option somewhere that I can use to change an extensions status to away? I know there is one to change to available but I can't find one to change it back.

You can use the auto switch function under the extension's forwarding tab to set a schedule. During defined Office Hours the phone will be set to Available. When the Office Hours end, it will be set to Do Not Disturb (not "Away" though).

In regards to office hours:

Available = working/In office.
Away = on a break.
DND = out of the office hours.
