Solved Autoswitch issue

I have set up autoswitch on most extensions making them unavailable out of hours, but when they are restored to available during working hours the status of an extension before the out of hours is not restored. For example if a user set their extension to away knowing that they will be away for a couple of days then the autoswitch sets the extension to available during working hours and doesn't keep/restore the away setting. It would be helpful if the autoswitch only activated if an extension was was set to available first.

Hi @Merrick,

You're correct, it does not switch back to the original status that was set prior. The status reverts back to Available when the extension is back In Office Hours.

In the event that the user will be out of office for multiple days, I suggest making use of the Custom statuses. Custom 2 will keep the extension out of office until it is changed back by the extension itself or an admin.
