Azure out-of-box unable to make any calls

I'm new to 3CX but I would think simple extension to extension would work. This is a new Azure deployment.

This is the error the Activity Log shows

The only way you can really deploy anything on Azure. Selected the 3CX image from the marketplace.

The marketplace image does require you to do some steps yourself. The full automated version is from your customer portal. https://www.3cx.com/docs/hosting-pbx-phone-system-microsoft-azure/

From Marketplace (for more advanced setups in azure) https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-azure-marketplace/. If you don't have much in the instance configured, trash the instance and use the first version.

Yes I followed those steps. License and ports are setup.

Ok I was able to over come a list of issues. I think the last part is configuring the SIP Trunk correctly. The provider has sent me instructions for FreePBX system. Wireshark shows auth issue so I think the outbound parameters need to be setup. Its currently sending Call to <sip:fromuser@HostIP:0> I need it set to <fromuser:password@HostIP/fromuser>

So you need to either use a supported provider or ask this provider how to configure for 3CX.
