Solved Backup Restore Time

Approximately how long would it take to perform a restore from a backup that is 35MB in size? There are no voicemails or large files in this backup.

Probably close to the same amount of time it took to do the backup, unless the read/write speed of the two devices is vastly different. This is assuming the backup was done on a drive other than the one 3CX is operating on.

This might actually depend on the scenario too.

• Is it a restore during installation?
• Is it a restore on an already running system?
• Is it a v16 backup to a v18 backup?

Do bear in mind that if running 3CX v18 on a Debian 10, the process should be even faster.

I did perform the backup a couple of days ago, it only took 20 seconds at the most. We are running on a v18 system. It was a restore on an active system hosted by 3CX. Thanks all for the input.
