Best way to provide an "On Call" set up for out of hours

Hi All,

I hope you can help.

We have a set of three engineers who rotate their out of hours on-call duty on a weekly basis. Previously we had an Asterisk-based phone system and we simply created a ring group (mapped to a certain DDI) which dialled mobile numbers on a prioritized hunt. I can see a way to get 3CX to do similar - I can create the ring group with prioritized hunt, but I can't seem to put in external numbers to ring - only extensions, and then forward to one number.

Is there a better way to do what I'm trying to achieve?

Thanks for the link bardissi. I think that may be a little expensive so we will have to stick with what we have at the moment (ring extension for 1 second then forward to single external number).

Couldn't you create extra, "faux" extensions for the engineers and set it to call their mobile numbers after 1 second?
