Best way to provision two lines (separate providers)

So we have a conference phone provisioned via 3CX. On the second line, we need to configure it by another provider. I assume if 3CX ever re-provisions the phone, or updates it, then the second line config would be lost?

What's the best way to do this so they can co-exist?

The reason for this if you're wondering is it's a shared conference phone between two companies sharing an office.

Typically reprovisioing the phone only changes the settings for account 1 so you can manually configure account 2 and it should stick.
