"When using either 3CX Phone for Windows or 3CX Desktop App, if a call comes through a call queue and a extension not in that queue tries to pick up the ringing phone using a programmed BLF they are unable to do so. If they dial the call pickup code and the extension they are able to pick up the call. Is this correct, or am I missing something that the BLF does different?"
