I have 3CX v9 sp5 with all up to date patches. I am using CIsco SPA508G phones. I am able to program one of the buttons on ext 100 to monitor extention 100 using the following:
fnc=blf+sd;sub=101@$PROXY;ext=101@$PROXY
However, when extension 101 puts on DND (*61) or if I change the extensions status to Out Of Office or Unavailable from the 3CX console, the LED on the phone still shows green for that person.
If 101 places a call, the light turns red and flashes on 100 to indicate that status, which is fine.
I would assume that if the status is other than available then the LED should be red.
